This is Phoenix, she was diagnosed with Grade 3 lateral Patella Luxation. She can barely walk or squat to do her business. The only way to get her back on her feet is through surgery and then months of recovery.

A couple months ago Phoenix's owner Brandi noticed she was walking a little funny. But as a puppy she thought nothing of it. When it appeared harder for Phoenix to walk, Brandi took her to see a vet and she was given steroids to help with her legs. Only 2 years old and now Phoenix is on Anti-inflammatories to help with pain and awaiting a costly but necessary surgery.

In 2016, Brandi's husband Tim, an officer in our Air Force, was diagnosed with Brain and Spinal Cancer. This has been a very hard time for both of them but sweet Phoenix has been able to provide comfort. Brandi and  Tim love Phoenix so much and want to get their puppy the care she needs but are having trouble financially due to their own medical care needs.

Please help Phoenix walk again so that she may stand by her soldier's side and live a happy life with her family.
